How long do items take to get to customers?

Please allow 1-3 weeks for shipping time.


Will I know what is in stock when ordering?

Any item out of stock will be labeled “Sold Out” and you will not be able to complete the order with that item in your cart.


How will I receive my item?

All items will be sent using USPS Ground Advantage. (note: is this still the only option?)

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) within the U.S. Rates are based on USPS First Class and Priority Mail and depends on the weight and dimensions of the package.


When are orders processed?

Orders are processed on weekdays.


If I don’t live in California, can I still order from the online store?

At this time, online orders are limited to California residents.


My package did not arrive or is damaged, who can I contact?

Because we use a third party delivery service (USPS), we cannot be responsible for lost, missing, or damaged packages once they leave our facility.  Please contact USPS.


What is your return policy?

All purchases are final.  There are no refunds or replacements.
